Meet Grace

Grace is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Sports Dietitian, and ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Master of Dietetics, both from Deakin University.

A love of food, combined with a fascination for physiology, first sparked Grace's interest in nutrition. But it was her own experience recovering from Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) that cemented her career path. It showed her the power of evidence-based nutrition—not just to improve health and performance, but to change the way people think and feel about food, and about themselves.

Today, Grace combines science with practical, personalised advice to help clients improve their health, optimise performance, and build a positive relationship with food. Her philosophy is simple: nutrition isn't one-size-fits-all, and understanding why something works is just as important as knowing what to do.

Outside of work, Grace loves music, art, AFL (go Bombers), and spending time with her dog—who may, in fact, be an escaped pygmy hippo from the zoo... DNA testing is still pending.

"I don't want you to leave with another meal plan. I want you to leave understanding your body a little better."

"Too often, nutrition advice fails because it's delivered without first understanding the person sitting across the table.

I don't expect people to simply take my word for it. My goal is to help you understand exactly why my recommendations make sense for you, your goals and your circumstances. When you understand the 'why', you're empowered to make informed decisions long after our consultation ends.

I'll meet you where you're at—with evidence-based guidance, practical strategies, and zero judgement."

Why Choose Grace?

"I studied so you don't have to."
